Christmas Cheer Board Prairie Mountain Credit Union collected $ 2,086.00 for the Share and Care of Ste. Rose. According to Corine Bouchard 34 families received substantial hampers to brighten their Christmas. We thank all that supported this worthwhile cause which demonstrates the true spirit of giving at Christmas. |

2012 International Year of Co-operatives / 75th Anniversary of Manitoba Credit UnionsThe United Nations has declared 2012 the International Year of Co-operatives. It also marks the 75th anniversary of financial co-operatives in Manitoba.These two events are significant milestones for the Manitoba credit union system and throughout 2012 Credit Union Central of Manitoba (CUCM) and the province's 41 credit unions will be celebrating them in a variety of ways. We'll be using Facebook and Twitter to share information on events and activities related to both the International Year of Co-operatives and the 75th anniversary.
